Wow it's been almost a year since I last posted and A lot has happened... I actually got really emotional ready my last entry! Our 4 year Anniversary is coming up nevt month! (WOW) time goes by so fast can you believe it! We'll lets start with what happned after Our Anniversary last year. I got a job at a daycare center here in Florida, which has been fun and completely different than what I'm used to. I definately miss Candy Campus, but unfortunately it's gone :( and I live in Florida not Utah lol. We also moved! :) Buuuut we're still with the in-laws. It's a nice place though, we like it here. Shane and I grow closer every and I love that. It's been tough losing just about everything, but we have learned so much and I think it's preparing us for greatness! Well a couple of months ago someone very close to me passed away... The reason I got emotional reading my last post is because she commented on it and I didn't even know! I miss her a lot but know she's with her father in heavan and her earthly daddy!
Asta our sweet dog has had her health worsen. Her ears are so infected we have to clean them out twice daily :( poor baby! But she is healthy in other aspects! She's such a lover I don't know what I'd do without her! Oh yeah on my birthday last May my Mommy and her hubby came for a visit! It was awesome!
We started a food blog www.2foodjunkies.blogspot.com!!! I am going to be an Aunt! And I'm going to visit Utah at the nd of February!!! That's about it!
We had a wondeful Christmas! Shane got me spa gift certificates which I'll be using this weekend to get a massage! Woohoo! His amazing friend Logan came into town and we spent some time with him and he got us a suite for christmas!!! It was so nice we went on new years eve! LOVED IT! We also visited His brother Jared and Jared's gf Allison and we had a nice Dinner party! Hmm let's see... That's about it for now! We love you all! Have a wonderfuk 2011!!!

Anniversary!
We did it! 3 Years!! Whoohoo! lol Yesterday was a wonderful special day! Our 3 year anniversary. We started off the day by....... sleeping in (wawawa) it was nice though! We really didn't do anything we planned on doing, which almost always happens with us! It was raining CRAZY yesterday! So we didn't want to drive all the way to Clearwater in the rain to eat, and our beach/ fishing hopes didn't happen either, but that's okay. So what DID we do you ask? We started off by going to lunch, a extremely yummy Thai food place (Jasmine Thai)! Probably the best I've ever had, and I've tried quite a few places. We've been there a few times and they have the BEST calamari! YUM! It was so tasty! I had tempura shrimp with rice and a sweet sauce and Shane had pineapple curry with beef and chicken, very good. After lunch we went to a place called "Dog lovers" it was a VERY cute pet store just for dogs! They have dog cookies, birthday cakes, blankets, clothes, bows, hats, toys, medicine, food, birthday cards, all that stuff! It was great, we got Asta (our mini schnauzer) some new dog food. She has a lot of health problems; enlarged heart, scar tissue in her ears, dry itchy skin the list goes on. So they told us to switch her to a grain free food, almost all meat. It contains salmon, ocean fish, some potato for fiber, and some berries for antioxidants. So were hoping it helps! When we were done there we did something that I've been wanting to do for 3 years!!!! WE FINALLY BROUGHT IN OUR DISPOSABLE CAMERA FROM OUR HONEYMOON! while it was developing we went home picked up Asta and went to another pet store, and the new goodwill that just opened! Then we picked up the pictures! It was probably my favorite part of the day! I seriously thought after 3 years none of the pictures would developed! They had to overexposed them but 21 out of 24 turned out! I'll post them on here!! A lot of kissy pictures and we looked extremely happy! Shane looked skinny and I surprisingly didn't look much different! We brought Asta home and my mother in-law gave us a sweet "Happy anniversary" Card with a $50 gift card to Carrabba's (A delish Sicilian/Italian place we LOVE but is a little pricey!) so we went out and had an extremely wonderful meal! More yummy calamari, I had a spinach and chicken cannaloni with Romano and asiago cheese, and Shane had the Italian chicken pizza and some yummy chicken soup. We got to-go boxes for 1/2 our dinner because we wanted DESSERT! It was this delish chocolate cake thing! It was a wonderful day and Saturday were celebrating Valentines day so we get to have another wonderful day! Woohoo! Thanks for reading my ramblings and please follow my blog!

3 year anniversary, super bowl, and valentines day!
Hello Everyone! Shane and I were married February 9th 2007, almost 3 years ago. It was the most magnificent day of our lives! He took my breathe away with how handsome he looked that day. I smiled so much that day my mouth hurt... I was SO incredibly happy. I remember walking into the celestial room and seeing my handsome groom before the sealing. he was glowing with pure love in his eyes, smile beaming from ear to ear. He held my hand as we waited for what seemed like eternity until someone came and said it was time. I walked hand in hand with my best friend ready to make the most incredible commitment there is. We stared at each other across the alter with so much hope and love. I knew at that moment it was perfect. That no matter what silly things we'd fight about or how awful I'd be when I'm pregnant, that we'll work it out because we have that kind of love that radiates in the darkness. He stared at me and his eyes filled with tears one little droplette ran down his face and mine followed. Soon almost the whole room felt what we were feeling. It was incredible! it'd been 3 years, it hasn't been easy!!! We have gone through many money issues, job losses, and ALL sorts of things we never imagined!!! But after all of it... He still stares at me in awe, after gaining almost 50 lbs and being so up and down with my emotions (no I'm still not pregnant) He still loves me, and I him! We're no where near perfect! But we are in love.
For our anniversary we plan to wake up and make breakfast together, spend the day doing whatever the day brings! Dog park, beach, movies, we don't know. We've learned nothing turns out the way you plan in so it's best not to plan too much! A nice lunch, and a nice dinner. We'll come home exchange some small gifts, and cuddle up to a nice movie!
Super-bowl we "plan" on going to his martial art teachers house and having a super-bowl party! I really want to make a cake, we'll see about that!
Valentines day we have a tradition! Making chocolate dipped strawberries together, making homemade pizza (last year we were lazy and did carry out) sparking cider, and of course a movie!
Florida is going really well! Seeing my family REALLY helped! I'm trying to be more positive and realize life moves too fast to be negative! Shane is working (YA!) he's fixing computers and he really likes it! I'm super proud of him! He finished his security classes (which I believe I mentioned in my last blog) and he's planning on pursing that as well! I am babysitting/ nannying/ special needs care at the moment plus photography and planning to soon add cake decorating to the mix! I'll let you know how that goes! Well I love you all, we both miss all our Utah and Texas friends and family and we can't wait to see everyone again! Take care, and happy super-bowl weekend!

Headin to Vegas!
Woohoo! It's 12:32am Thursday Morning, and of course like ALWAYS I can't sleep! I'm SO excited for my upcoming trip! Today I get to finish packing, finish Christmas presents for family (Nothing big) And go to a dinner party thing at my Mother-in-laws work (Can't turn down free food!) THEN I'll pull an all nighter! Friday I'll go to work, spend a little time with my sis-in-law, and hopefully get a good night sleep (early hopefully!) Saturday morning I'll wake up at 5:45 am take a shower, get ready to go and head to the airport around 6:30 am. I'll get to the airport around 7am and my flight leaves at 9 am (I should bring breakfast with me!) I'll arrive in Vegas at 11am!!!! I still don't know who's picking me up lol. Saturday is the wedding so when i get to the hotel I'll get all ready then at 1:30 pm my little sister will have a new last name and I'll have a new Bro! We'll stay the night in Vegas then head to Utah on Sunday. I get to stay until the 23rd! I seriously am SO excited! I'll take lots of pictures and try to see as many people as I can, but I cant guarantee anything. Happy New year everyone!

UPDATE! 08/27/09
HEY EVERYONE! Sorry I haven't written anything in a while! Shane and I moved to florida! We've been here since July 10th! It's been a struggle. Moving from a 2 bedroom apartment with all our own furniture, to A house with 2 teenagers and no privacy has been hard! We're survivors though! We're sure everything will workout in the long run! We packed up all our stuff and left Utah on July 3rd. We arrived in Plano Teaxas onThe 4th of July after driving about 30 hours straight! We stayed with my Dad untill the 10th when we left at 3 am and arrived in florida at 11 pm! The 6 days in Texas with my dad was a blast! We hung out with all the family down there and went to the Dallas Aquarium! It was a really nice break from all the craziness! My only problem with Texas was it was extremely confusing! We drove through New mexico all the way up a mountian to the VERY TOP! With our 98 saturn!after that we went all the way down the hill drove somemore got into texas and were lost the whole time!!!! Like I said we got there safely on the 4th! It was so hot there too. But anyways, lol. So we've been in tampa for more than a month! I still don't have a job and Shane only works 2 times a week at a fish store! Luckily were living rent free at his mom's house! We've been to the beach only once, and we have season passes to busch gardens (his mom gave them to his sister and she didn't want them so we got th passes free!) So we've been there a few times! Were still getting used to the 2 hour ahead time difference!
So the other night shane and I were making dinner, I slipped and hit my head on the edge of the wall. I totally sliced my head open. Shane's mom called the abulance (even though we didn't need one) I wash rushed to the hospital! They strapped me on a VERY uncomfortable wooden board, so I couldn't move. They put me on a hospital bed on the wooden board still strapped down. I kept asking them to take me off the board it hurt so bad! THEY LEFT ME ON THAT STUPID BOARD FOR AN HOUR! A doctor finally came in and took me off the board. Then another 4 hours later after just waiting they stiched me up. It only took 5 minutes! This happened tuesday night! I only slept 2 hours that night! The next day wednesday(yesterday) I was in so much pain! My back my hips and my arms along with my head. It took me a while to figure out that pain was from the stupid wooden board! My arms have big goose eggs on them from the straps being so tight! Then later (I'm only saying this because I think inly girls will read this!) I started my period! So ontop of all my other pain I have cramps too. The numbing stuff they put on my head when they stiched me up wore off yesterday ao I was in the worst pain I've ever been in! Last night I took some pain meds and went to sleep at 9 (wihich never happens! thats 7pm utah time!) I slept for 2 hours then woke up for and hour this went on all night. So today I'm tired and in a ton of pain still. Everyone is at work or school so I'm alone today. I'm ok though. Shane is doing pretty good He's been taking care of e really well! I love everyone and I will post pictures of our trip soon. Here's some head injury pics! before and after stitches!

April 25th
Hello everyone!
First things first, Shane is doing much better! He's back at work and getting back to his old self! Work is still stressful for him, but hopefully he can do they work from home thing, or something!
So Mika, my sister is living with me. Things are going pretty well. We're proud of her progress. My hip is still not great..... I know, I need to go to physical therapy! I will! Photography hasn't taken off yet, but we have faith that it will eventually! Money's tight as it is for everyone else, but were not doing too bad! Shane's 7 days off comes tuesday so stress level will go down. SO I HAVE EXCITING NEWS!!! DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!! I won something!!!! I won a steak dinner for me and my man and some friends! Pretty excited since I NEVER won anything before! When we were kids we would enter coloring contests all the time..... Mika and Aubrey constantly won... Never me! lol it's ok. So we're glad summer is on it's way! We're pinching pennies hoping to move and get a house! Things are pretty good! I'm going to the new temple tomorrow with my mom and her husband! Hey everyone! Happy Spring! Shane and I are doing pretty good! Shane has been having problems with his brain and he was supposed to get his MRI today, but they screwed up the appointment (AGAIN) hehe but it's ok! I found out I have bursitis in my hip and I'm supposed to start physical therapy soon. Well sadly our lizard that got the surgery.... passed about. :( It was hard but we got a new Lizard! So Baby trying isn't sucessful yet... But anyways! Shane has decided he wants to be a vet tech! And we've both decided we want to move out of Utah, so were thinking Texas! We aren't snow people and Dallas RARELY has snow! like once in 52 years! Not to meantion there are a ton of places that will pay Shane to train to be a vet tech! Our lease is up in July, so that's what were aiming for! When we figure out about shane's MRI we'll let you know! Also, I'm going to be starting my photography buisness soon, So have your fingers crossed and I'm going to post some of my pictures! Thanks, Mandi
